- We encourage all voices to contribute their thoughts, voices and opinions at each meeting. If there is concern, dissent or hesitation about a decision or direction, we are willing to wait, rethink and pray about it before any final decisions are made.
- We encourage every board member to be actively involved in creating and planning events.
- We VISION for new ideas and directions once a year.
- We have an open door policy so everyone is welcome to attend the meetings.
