Rooted: One Spiritual Practice that Grounds Me. A POINT Connections event.

Poway Interfaith Team (POINT) invites you to an outdoor gathering of sharing one practice that spiritually grounds you. You could share your favorite prayer or meditation… show pictures of your favorite garden or walking trail… bring an instrument, a journal, a finger labyrinth, a (unlit) candle… anything meaningful to your spirit. We wil open with a short grounding walk on the church grounds.
